As an AI Agent and Prompt Engineer, you'll help design and supervise AI agents that reason, act, and communicate with clarity and integrity in high-stakes civic contexts. This role blends prompt engineering, light scripting, and structured reasoning to build trustworthy systems used by real residents.

You'll write prompts, shape tone and logic, test model behavior, and contribute to the flow of agentic systems that actually do things — from handling 311 requests to helping residents understand local policies.

This is an entry-level role, ideal for a recent graduate or early-career applicant excited about LLMs, civic tech, and systems thinking.
