You can set up your contact us link by going to the Settings screen in your admin back end once you have access to your Civilized site and grab the one line of code that you need to add to your website.
This will allow users to walk through a series of questions to send you an email. By using this route you are letting your content try and answer the person's question before submitting an email. If they still submit the email you can reply to that email directly with a bcc message to content@civilized.org from your organization's official email domain, we will strip out all any personally identifiable information and post a new article for you to review and publish so that in the future anyone who asks a question can get the answer they need.
